case. Black elderly homeowner was yelling at kid in park to stop skateboarding on basketball court. White father with little girl yelled back that it was not prohibited. Dooley then proceeded to cross street and confront father in park. After a struggle (disagreement on what started it) Dooley shot man while Dooley was on his back. Dooley is using Stand Your Ground but it sounds like he will likely lose.
