Let's look up the term entitlement program and see how it's applied. Let's look at how the mainstream press uses the word entitlement. Then let's take all that information and ask an impartial judge to weigh in. I would respectfully request a few minutes of Skinner's or Earl G's, or Elad's time to impartially judge the question.
