3. After their spouting off I would have thought they was going to rush back and pass the bills

in which they have been voting down for a few years now. They want wars everywhere but don't want to take care of our troops after they are injured in fighting those wars. We don't have the money to take care of our veterans now but we have money to fight another war, really sensible.
