would actually improve the service of the VA to veterans. Yes, the budget has increased, but the actual service to veterans has diminished. Inflation has required budget increases, just to stay static.

The demand on VA medical services has increased far beyond the budget increases. Staffing has not been increased to handle that increase, and other needs have not been funded adequately.

It's not Obama's fault. He can't create budget bills.
