the reality is that the U.S. has a mesh of anti-marijuana laws and Congress is the body that is tasked with dealing with legislation.

Obama has let Congress know he considers alcohol less dangerous. Holder has told Congress he's willing to work with them on marijuana rescheduling.

This is part of the process.

Congress needs to do its job.
