You don't know what you're talking about. There are several ways to reschedule. Congress is one of them, and the quickest. The other would be through Holder, but, according to the wording of the CSA, this would require hearings and referrals to federal orgs like the FDA, etc.

You don't contradict a word I say, but I am "wrong"? Compelling stuff.

I'm just tired of people who can't appreciate those within the political process using this process to create change. I've also said, repeatedly, that if Congress refuses to do its job, I would hope the Obama administration would take action on this issue before leaving office - to decriminalize.

Newsflash: holding the Executive branch's feet to fire is part and parcel of the existing political process.
