48. No. Is there a case proven that NSA spies domestically?

I mean that the initial Target is an American,
not that an American may have ties and phone calls overseas to suspects.

I've not heard of a case, but I sure could have missed it. Can you site it? And human beings being the foible riddled idiots we are too often, yes, I could easily believe that some asshole went rebel and did shit s/he shouldn't have. Or that some deep Repig mole that was placed there by Poppy Bush is still doing business on the side for his buds, against standard practices. On the whole, these are just mostly regular people trying to do a good job.

Or I guess we can wait for that list GG is promising, of all the Americans that NSA spies on. I'm willing to bet that that revelation won't be quite as juicy as GG makes it sound. But time will tell.

I think the NRA comparison is very relevant and if you don't think so, that is quite fine but the similarities are rather shocking.
