13. Something I don't remember hearing is where on Martin's body/clothes the powder burns are located.

If they were scuffling when the shot was fired, there would surely be powder burns either on Martin's clothing, or on his skin.

Those, along with the angle of entry would say a LOT about how the actual shooting went down.
