What about Personal Responsibility to inform oneself about Any substance and behavior Before consuming Anything. Weigh Benefit VS Risk.
Apparently she has prior experience with cannabis....so she, most of all--should have had the brains to Inquire about dosage of an edible.
And what did she think was going to happen when she decided to consume wine on top of the candy?

Secondly---Label the friggen Products like a bag of chips and have a "consumption guide" available to inform those who are inexperienced so they understand what they can expect.
Another idea-Make these "personal use" products much less potent and reserve the stronger stuff for those who need high doses for medication or make a variety of different potency per serving available.

The bottom line for me is taking Personal Responsibility for being fully informed by research and Asking Questions!
