One guy said they do have portion sizes on the candy and said the thing she bought showed demarcations for serving pieces.

Colorado is talking about limiting 10 grams of THC per portion size, and limiting sales so that only one portion per package is sold. This makes sense to me - don't expect the consumer will read the label. Make it so that one item has one portion of THC, not an entire candy bar.

I don't think it's ugliness directed toward her so much as the entire New York press establishment that thinks it should be the nanny of everyone else. c.f. David Brooks (also a columnist for the NYT) and Ruth Marcus.

They really don't have anything worthwhile to say about this subject but their self-importance leads them to make all sorts of assumptions - and that includes Ms. Dowd.

I think it's funny to most people here - in terms of - typical know-it-all who doesn't.
