Totally serious...why can't I walk around Target with my dick hanging out? [View all]

Open carry? Certainly! Does it offend you? Frighten you? Do you think I'll commit a crime with it?

Seriously? What are the limits? Can't I cite the constitution and my pursuit of happiness? My biggest fear, actually, is that some dude with a gun would shoot me because he was afraid of me carrying an open dick.

Just something to think about.
