9. It's even better when you compare private and gov't jobs. Government (state, local and federal) jobs

are still down. It is the private sector that has made up the difference. If you were to add back in the gov't jobs lost we'd see a huge difference. Since those jobs are typically higher paying you'd also see the average income from gained jobs increase.
