Which generally means the poster is anything but.

The law (in a sadly growing number of jurisdictions) allows people to walk around a store carrying a gun. That's a bad law.
The law (in every jurisdiction I know of) does not allow people to walk around a store with their dicks out. That's a good law.

So the reason you can't walk around the store with your dick out but can walk around it carrying a gun is that a good law prevents the former and a bad law prevents the latter. If you think working to change the good law will help change the bad law, I wish you well, even though there's not a chance in hell it will.
