Vaccines are poison to viruses well they keep them from taking hold in a nice warm body that they would like to infect.

No. Vaccines are viruses. Weakened or killed so they don't make us sick. But they train the immune system so that if the real virus shows up, it's quickly destroyed. They have nothing to do with poison.

And cancer cells don't like chemo probably for the same kind of reason.

No. Chemo is poison. It causes fast-growing cells to die. Which means it kills cancer cells, as well as several other kinds of normal cells. That's why people on chemo can lose their hair.
