2. The Heritage Foundation: Koch brothers funded welfare institution for retired, broken down, clapped-out 'culture warriors.' (ie-Jim DeMint.)

3. The CATO Institute: Kock brothers funded 'farm team' version of the American Enterprise Institute. Generally for people can't hold more than one economic or political idea in their head at the same time, and therefore combine them both into one big SIMPLE ideal called 'libertarianism.' Generally for ex-political staffers who graduated from college, and went straight into a job stuffing ballot boxes for some hacky Representative in Washington.
