the guy who owns the Public Sanitation company that picks up the city's garbage dies, and his son takes over, read the company's expense sheets, and wonders what Tony Soprano is doing to earn a $200,000 per year 'consulting fee.' Especially when he hasn't shown up to a company board meeting in 20 years.
