14. I had one of those calls recently.

I strung the guy along while he kept having me "reboot" the computer and press the escape key. I kept pressing the wrong key and had to start over. Each time I set the phone down for like 5 minutes and went on doing my work and posting a thread about it on DU.

I finally told him I was going to toss the computer in the garbage.he told me that wouldn't work because my "internet lines" were infected. Lol
