8. I think war crimes trials would have been appropriate

though I can't imagine them happening under this or any foreseeable government.

But I think the neocons have no chance of doing anything to do with Iraq today except barking and playing the bitter old fools they as they have been. The public won't stand for it.

The US may even end up as a semi-ally of Iran if this keeps up. Sort of gives the finger to the Reagan legacy and the continuing Reaganites.
