Where are those folks now? I wish I could remember the name of the poster who was around a few moths ago insisting the President Obama deserved zero credit as Bush ended it prior to Obama's election with that date.

And he was right.

So which is it.

If Obama had out forth a plan in 2012 to continue there or ramp back up I would have sat home on election day.
