Bush nominated her for Administrator of DEA but she wasnt confirmed by the Senate until 2009 after Pres O became president.

No I am not at all satisfied with the glacier movement by this Admin with regard to medical marijuana. The fact that it's better than something else is assign. This Admin DoJ has been dragging their feet for years even arresting medical marijuana dispensers and giving them long prison sentences up until recently.

I sympathize with Lydia's parents and blame the current Admin. The fact that it could have been worse is no excuse for this girl's death.
