There's no need to justify it. People want to get high; they want to do it for fun, just like they do with alcohol.
And there ARE medical uses for pot. So legalize it for everyone and then we don't have to worry about whether someone who's sick should or shouldn't be allowed to have it.

An aspirin overdose can kill you, but it can do so much good, as can other pharmaceuticals derived
