Why didn't O'Brien ask, if he WAS on "neighborhood watch rounds," why was he carrying a gun, which is expressly forbidden per Neighborhood Watch rules (engaging the 'suspect' is also forbidden), and why is he not listed on the official Neighborhood Watch roster.

In addition, I thought he said (or one of his surrogates said) that he was "on his way to Target," not "on patrol."

I know ... all this has been asked here at DU, but why don't more interviewers follow up with these jokers?
