40. Yes it has been a war between the American People and the government.

But from a political standpoint, it's a game of tug of war between progressives, liberals, the enlightened, people suffering from all manner of ailment that could find relief, and small l libertarians believing in individual privacy or freedom against the corporate supremacists, religious fundamentalists, the entrenched police state and conservatives, enthralled with inertia or regressive-ism and racists.

President Obama is the rope being pulled from side to the other, now we can slice or cut the rope with scathing criticism and watch the other side fall on their ass, but they would win, or we can hold on tighter and pull with all our might by focusing on the unjust and tragic policies and strategies of the opposition while being neutral to the rope.

I believe the latter will more likely insure our success.

No doubt there will be other deaths as well.
