43. This is why control of Congress is so damn important...we don't change drug policy until we change

drug law. The DEA is too invested the status quo that keeps their agency funded, and I don't think the Executive branch is empowered to override the CSA. I truly think this will be a state-by-state fight until we get a Congress that is willing to change the law. Voting matters.
