3. Yea, but it will probably be thrown out by the supreme court anyway

We all know how the conservatives will vote, and Justice Kennedy seemed very skeptical in the part I heard on tv when he was questioning the mandate. Frankly it would be a big surprise to me if the supreme court doesn't throw it out at this point.
