But the idea and planning were done well before, just waiting for a "trigger" to set it in motion.

Who knows. Perhaps set for the date anyway, and they got lucky the video issue surfaced.

Like HRC says - "What does it matter?"

What is important is to honestly review and prevent future tragedies.
