Then, he laughs and not a single of the callow, cowed press corpse saw fit to ask a follow-up.
At the time, I remember Cindy Sheehan tried to bring it to our nation's attention.
As for where he got his thinking, his father, George Herbert Walker Bush, who told the FBI he was in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963, but reported he had heard someone threaten JFK after the assassination.
It's been "Money trumps peace" ever since. What a coincidence.
