20. Plouffe said he wouldn't run the campaign but would advise.

I think that Clinton is too, shall we say, dorky? Off base? Off message? To really pull off a Plouffe campaign. Plouffe had with Obama someone who would stay absolutely 100% on message. Clinton, she's all over the place, and way too defensive.
