BTW - you sound like one of those who would PREFER that my family NOT benefit from the ACA because it isn't am all-encompassing solution. My feeling is that nothing good ever happens in one fell swoop. It takes time. We're on the road to single-payer. Stories like mine are part of the narrative that will get us there.
