Poutine is everywhere now. Hell, the Texas Ranger Concessionaire is selling something called Poutine Nachos. One shudders at the thought. There's Greek style Poutine and Poutine with wild boar and the spread of the pernicious fois gras poutine.

Chicago even has poutine week.
