34. This is a travesty!

If I read this right, "millions of nursing home residents could immediately lose coverage for nursing home care", what will all these people do? My dear mother who passed last May spent her last 2 years in nursing home. While I'm not a fan of nursing homes, I have to say she recieved excellent care and the staff were very kind and genuinely cared about her. My mom could not have lived there if it was not for Medicaid funding and I would bet most of the folks there also recieved Medicaid benefits. Even if folks are private pay at some point the money runs out and they have to go on Medicaid. If Medicaid will no longer fund this, how will this get paid? Are they gonna just release everyone into the streets in their wheelchairs?
