4. I think Coulter has the wrong impression of soccer

It's not the goody goody, wimpy, Kumbaya singing, feel good, non competitive game she seems to think it is.

This is a photo of a riot in the stands of a Polish football match. The fires were started by a group that Coulter would love - football hooligans. Many of them are unemployed racist, skinhead, neo Nazis, with nothing going for them in life except partisan loyalty to their local football team.

This was the image of soccer for many years in Europe. It's been somewhat brought under control in recent years but it's still there under the surface. And there is no shortage of dishonest politicians ready to pander to these clowns.

So she needs to cheer up - everything she loves about America is present in soccer, xenophobia, bullying, racism, all the good things.
