As long as people realize that the Pharisees were a distinct minority of the Jewish People, and that you MIGHT in some ways compare them to the Neo-Cons (just kidding), then it's just fine...

If however, it begins a diatribe which extends to the villification of Jews in general, then it's not OK IMO. At Easter time, we are exceedingly sensitive from the "old" days (up to and including last year) where we were the Christ-killers, so don't be surprised if you garner some anger if you overstep.
