137. Trumad, may you promise us (and me) one thing?

That you will not harm yourself. Don't even think of suicide or things like that.

You are not alone. In fact you are brave. Plenty of people who go to the utter bottom depths of despair don't ask for help.

It's good that you are getting treatment for your illness. Maybe more help is needed? I hit bottom about a month ago, and rather than watch me digging my hole deeper I checked myself into an appropriate treatment programme of intensive group therapy.

So, please please pretty please keep safe.
