And from what I have learned, that is a problem.

Only the govt should have access to such a material. Me and you might kill someone with it.

Only way to protect each other is to either ban access to it, or make sure we have someone in government checking our ID's and making sure we 'need' it when we buy it.

I mean, really, do you want someone who has ever had any mental issues being able to purchase gas and then make it into a bomb???
