I summed up what I've mainly heard from white younger people. I don't have a lot of young PoC in my circles, and I suspect there are several other issues they would raise in addition, such as problems with the 'justice' system and immigration. It's insane that so many black men wind up in jail, often for crimes that see white offenders get suspended sentences, or even let off. And that people are waiting 20 years for green cards, or living in constant fear of deportation. If you've lived in this country for years without committing any crime apart from maybe crossing the border without approval, why the hell do we think you should be 'sent back', or have to go through insanely expensive, long, and torturous proceedings to maybe, maybe get the 'right' to live here?
