They are more worried about what right wing pundits are going to say and what kind of outrage they'll gin up than they are worried about doing what is right and definitely way more worried about it than they are worried about any liberals or progressives being mad at them.. Amazingly, it hasn't sunk in to any of their stubborn, thick skulss that these same people will find outrage anywhere at any time whether it's justified or not.
