Rape Crisis Center Funding is 'Pork,' Says Awful Governor Nikki Haley

Maybe possibly probably not Veepstakes contender and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley vetoed a bunch of stuff this week, claiming all of it is "pork." Among the pork she declared unkosher? Funding for the arts, and unnecessary shit that the taxpayers don't need to pay for, like funding for victims of domestic violence and rape. Quit mooching, victims! Pay for your own damn rape-doctor, or whatever!

Haley slashed a half million dollars from the state's rape crisis center, which exists to help victims of sexual assault navigate the legal system alongside trained advocates, so they don't have to do it alone, according to WISTV. The center's director expressed dismay that Haley seems to think that it's doing "the taxpayer" a disservice to help women who have been raped.

"The taxpayer" is Tea Party code for "white dudes," btw. If you're a lady, you're not a taxpayer. You're a dishwasher!
