I don't see what you posted as illuminating. I'm sorry but I don't.
and btw, my friends, including the many adults I spent time with as children, would laugh at your claim about me. that's the last thing they'd say about me. Need a ride? I'm there. Need someone to talk to? someone to help out? glad to do it. I rarely say no.
Strong women come in as many shapes and sizes as women do. They share some common attributes. They are gutsy without being self-righteous. They don't do false bravado. They don't hold fast and tight to preconceptions and are willing to let new ideas illuminate their minds. Strong women think for themselves. They maintain a sense of perspective and a sense of humor. Strong women look beyond the surface. They are willing to examine their beliefs. They don't go along with the crowd for the sake of expedience or because it's easier. Strong women grow and develop throughout their lives.
That's some of what I believe. I still have no clue as to what you believe constitutes a strong woman.
And without being mean spirited, the phrase is "bated breath".
