(114,904 posts)38. I can't resist- and btw, as a dear friend of mine says
"you have a remarkably resilient spirit". This friend is someone frequently quoted in certain "touchy feelie circles, though that's not his fault. In any case, there are few people whose opinion I value as highly, so yes, I think I'm a strong person and a strong woman.
here's what I can't resist: You started the nastiness. My initial post simply inquired "In your own words, what is a strong woman"? I asked, sheshe, because I was curious. You responded.... nastily. I then responded that sloganeering and cliches aren't of value to me. And they aren't illuminating. I prefer someone expressing things in their own words.
I have. You have not.
