Homeopathy, instead, has been found to be completely useless in fighting infections or in treating any other medical condition. Conversely, antibiotics have saved millions of lives by killing the bacteria that cause deadly infections. Despite growing resistance by bacteria to some antibiotics, antibiotic treatment is still saving lives every day.

Homeopathy cannot cause bacterial resistance to anything, of course, since it is devoid of any active ingredients.
