As a retailer (err ... wholesaler in this case?), if you find yourself wallowing in an over-abundance of some right-wing trash book like this one, you simply pull if off your shelves, and make sure everyone finds out you did it. Tell the world in a semi-winking way that you did so cause 'nobody was buying it'. The right will predictably go apeshit, soon after you 'acquiesce', and the righties show up in droves at the store and buy the book, with an attitude of 'lookee here, Mister MAN, we're gonna show YOU a thing or two about how nobody's BUYING this right-winger book! Look what POWERFUL consumers WE are!' ... now, boom ... overstock problem is solved ... everybody's happy.
