1. There is no demand for 'illegal drugs' there is demand for drugs, which are made illegal in order

to make profit for corrupt officials and criminal organizations. It is not the demand for drugs that creates problems, it is the laws against those drugs that make the chaos the author wishes to cure. While we could reform drug laws, we can not change humanity so that humans have no appetite for drugs. 'It's not the cartels and politicians, it's those damn insatiable club kids!!!!'
