had relatively few hides. Juries think they are protecting their friends, but in doing so they only embolden bad behavior and leave administrators with no option but to PPR. RC scarcely had a hide, and I believe Quinnox had two at the time of his PPR. Clearly the administrators do not see numbers of jury hides as the determinant for what makes someone suitable to remain a member on this site.

Then of course there are certain people skilled in making personal insults on a continual basis while rarely getting a post hidden.
