if parents gave their year old baby methamphetamine, do you think that would be a crime? [View all]

What do you think should be done to the parents who give their babies and toddlers drugs that are known to cause neurological problems?

What should become of those babies? Take them away from the parents? Send them all off to family and drug counseling?
