my wife is a nurse midwife and 2 or 3 years ago she was looking for a gig and one of the places she was investigating was in Oregon or Washington
so on second thought you may be right
we went to the us virgin islands instead for a year instead of the Washington job
they had a greater need unfortunately funding in a territory is not done rationally and the programs were unfunded
back in beautiful humid swampy florida now
