What prompted such an extreme reaction in this person is important.

For example, is there anything sane and reasonable that can be done that will help soften her opinion? Or do we just accept the notion that people can't change and we gotta ignore the crazy and scary ones?

Every voice counts...except his, his, hers, and his. They need to keep quiet because we don't like them.

Sigh.
