in the age of cellphone cameras and social media. And far, far too often, the young woman is so shamed she ends her own life because of it.

I don't know what can be done. Rape is already a felony, and so are taking and distributing pictures. If that doesn't stop this horrible behavior, I can't think of anything that will.
