6. YES. Especially the barefoot people.Do we need to start a flip-flop fund drive for the shoeless?

I'm NOT being sarcastic. Those in need ESPECIALLY need to go vote. Most often they don't. How can we help them see the necessity to actually take action on voting day???? That's the million dollar question.
