105. We can't afford another bad Democrat like Hillary making appointments to the courts either.

Under Obama and Bill Clinton, the GOP President in the middle is not cogent to the point being made; under Barack Obama and William Jefferson Clinton SCOTUS moved more conservative than it was at the respective outsets of their terms as they replaced liberal Justices with pro-business more-moderate Justices like Elena Kegan, Sonia Sotomayor and Stephen Breyer. Hillary is more conservative economically and militarily than either Bill or Obama, demonstrated not merely by her laid-out positions but by the actual policies she implemented at State and voted for as a US Senator.

If your concern is the courts and you're worried about pro-business anti-public rulings...Clinton is likely to be as bad as any Democrat could be. The only reason one would look to the courts and be pro-Hillary is if one were in favor of a conservative SCOTUS that happens to be pro-choice and pro-marriage equality while reliably right-wing otherwise across-the-board and especially on economic issues.
